We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you get the time slot that suits you best. However, if you feel unwell or need attention without having scheduled an appointment, we will also try to see you, depending on availability at the time.
At Numa, we do not treat life-threatening emergencies. If you experience symptoms such as severe chest pain, intense difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or heavy bleeding, please go immediately to the nearest emergency room or call the emergency number 123.
We want to be available when you need us most:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
It’s very simple: you can do it on our website, by calling us, or by messaging us on our official WhatsApp account. We are always ready to help you find the best appointment time.
We accept cash, transfers, debit, and credit cards. You can also pay online from our website.
Bring your ID, recent test results, and a list of the medications you are taking. This will help us provide you with more accurate care.
If a doctor outside of our practice prescribed the medication, yes, we require you to bring the prescription.
If the medication was prescribed by one of our doctors at Numa, you don’t need to bring anything else, as we already have your prescription on file in your Numa medical record.
If an outside doctor has ordered the test, please confirm with us whether fasting or any other special preparation is required.
If our doctors request the test, we will explain everything to you, and you do not need to bring the physical order: it will already be recorded in your medical history with us.
Yes. We always perform an initial assessment to ensure that each treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your needs.
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
